I sometimes grant permission to reprint specific content. Permission is decided on a case-by-case basis. If there is an article or tutorial you'd like to reprint, contact me with the following information:

The title of the content you'd like to use, as shown at the top of the page.
The URL of the page on this site where the content is located (I own several web sites, I need to know exactly which site and page you are interested in).
Where you'd like to reprint the content.
Approximately when you'd like to use the content.
If for a newsletter, the number of subscribers you have.
If for a web site, the average number of unique visitors it receives.
A real email address, not a throw-away address at free email providers. Your contact information will never be given away, stolen, traded, or sold to any 3rd parties. If you include your home or business address and phone number, your request will be considered high priority. I do not use this additional information to market to you nor do I provide it to 3rd parties, it's so I have a valid way to contact you if needed. By providing it, you are helping me to believe in you and your intentions.

You needn't be a big time publisher or have a highly popular web site for me to consider your publication or site for reprint rights. I ask for the number of subscribers or unique visitors to help me evaluate the results for my own purposes.

In all cases where reprint rights are granted:

The copyrights are retained by myself and this web site.
Appropriate credit must be included, you will given the credit to include if and when reprint rights are allowed.

When reprint rights are granted to you, these reprint rights are conditional and may be revoked at any time. Causes for terminating reprint rights include but are not limited to:

Not providing the proper credits as stipulated.
Not providing me with any required information.
Publishing it other than where you indicated, such as on a site with content unsuitable for all ages, on a site with stolen content, or in other places I deem inappropriate.

Sites found in violation of copyright policies are subject to revocation of the conditional license and must bring the situation into compliance or remove content as requested, upon notification.
