Custom Ponderation

Customized versions of the Ponderations programs can be made especially for you personally or for your web site or business. There are three levels of customizaton. Naturally, the more customization involved the more time it takes to create your program, so the higher the end price. Prices do start off at a very affordable level though.

What you can do with a custom Ponderation program:

The short answer: almost anything you want! Once the program has been delivered it's yours - you own the rights to it. That means you can sell it for profit, give it away to help build traffic to your site, let others give it away to extend your reach, submit it to shareware sites, whatever you dream up!

The only restriction is that you may not decompile it and use my work in any way other than as the self-contained software you pay for. Imagine, you can have your very own software program with YOUR NAME on it!

More than Quotations?

At the Pro Level you can provide the content to be served. This can be your own quotations, tips for anything (golf tips, housecleaning tips, etc.), make it be a joke server, a daily motivation, Bible verses, a digital fortune cookie, whatever you need! Just remember, the program serves the content randomly in its current form, so it can't be used in a manner that requires a progression be followed.

Definition of Terms

Custom Program Name: I've called my program Ponderation. You can give yours any name you like.

Custom Graphic: This is the graphic in the upper right hand corner on the two Ponderation programs that say Ponderation and Ponderation II. Location of the graphic will vary with the background photo to create the best design. You can supply the graphic or I'll make one for you.

Link to Your Web Site: The custom graphic is linked to your web site. You may also opt to have a text link to your site.

Custom About Box Text: When someone clicks the About button, an alert pops up with information of your choice.

Background Photo: At the starter level, I'll use a stock photo from my personal photographs. The photo will be on the same level of the ones you see in the Ponderation programs. These are my original photographs, you won't see them elsewhere. At the Bonus and Pro level you have a choice of one of my stock photographs or a custom photograph or background image you supply. It's up to you to be sure you have permission to use any image you supply.

Removal of Created By Box: Not shown in the Ponderation program photos, is a second button like the About button. This second button says Created By on it. If clicked, an alert pops up telling someone how to get a custom Ponderation style program of their own. This button is included at the Starter level, but may be removed at your option at the Bonus and Pro levels.

Custom Content: It takes a great deal of time to format the content to work properly, so custom content is only available at the Pro level.

Other Custimization: Other customization will be considered if you desire it. What this other customization is, is up to you, but might include things like: extra links to multiple sites (for instance, maybe you'd want to team up with someone else to buy a Pro level program), multiple alert boxes, you might want to include advertising, mailto links, etc.

Price: There is a standard price for the Starter and Bonus levels as shown. The Pro level pricing depends on how much customization you need and what kind of customization it is. Basically, I need to find out exactly what you want so I can estimate my time. Once this is done I'll give you a firm price.

Terms

Because I can't get my time back, all programs must be paid for in advance. For the Starter and Bonus level programs, most of the time you'll have your customized program within 5 business days. The Pro level timeline will be estimated along with the price once I find out exactly what you want. It may take no more time than the other levels, or may take more depending on the complexity of your needs.
