To link to HTMLville.com, just paste this code into your web page:

<a href="http://www.htmlville.com">HTMLville</a>

If you want to have the link open in a new window, use this code:

<a href="http://www.htmlville.com" target="_blank">HTMLville</a>

By adding target="_blank" to a link, the link will open in a new window. If you'd like to use a description, just add one you're comfortable with. If you like it, I'm sure I will too.

Thank you in advance for linking to HTMLville.

Reciprocal Links

At this moment I can't offer a reciprocal link, but hope to add that capability very soon. I need to find a way to semi-automate the process or I wouldn't be able to keep up with it. I hope to find the kind of software I need soon. If you know of a good software solution, please let me know what it is and where to find it. Contact

Link Graphics

How to use a graphic for a link...

Using a graphic image as a link instead of text is simply a matter of replacing the normal link text with the graphic image. First download the image you want to use to your web site's image directory. Next, add the following code to your web page where you want the graphic link to appear:

<a href="http://www.htmlville.com">
<img src="images/link_graphic.jpg" border="0">
</a>

Change the path to the image to the location where you saved it on your server, and change the image name to the actual name of the image you chose. Setting the border to "0" prevents the blue line from appearing around the image link. Add the width and height and you're all set.
