Each eBay marketplace has an affiliate program that allows you to promote eBay listed products in exchange for a nice cut of eBay’s revenue for each sale you refer.BANS (Build A Niche Store) is a website builder that enables you to create professional web sites built around specific eBay categories (computers, jewelry, whatever). A niche store can be up and running in a relatively short time, but that isn't the end of it.
You still have to market your niche store to drive traffic to it. If you don't have any traffic, you won't make any commissions. BANS doesn't leave you in the dark though, you'll find plenty of training and support available.
One of the nice things about it is, once you have built one site and are earning money from it, you can build more sites without any additional charge. As you become good at it, you can literally add a new store every week (or every day if you become really good at all aspects of it) and build your own eBay affiliate empire of niche sites.
Another nice thing is that you can build your niche store around almost anything you choose. It's much less like work and more like a hobby when you're working with products you enjoy and have some knowledge up. In fact, you could call consider this a hobby that has a very real potential to supplement your income quite nicely.
Make no mistake, marketing the site will be more work for most people than building it, but that applies to any web site in any field—marketing is essential to success. As previously stated, the resources you need are there, and some of the best marketing techniques are free. You shouldn't have to spend and spend beyond your initial purchase.
